Refund policy

You can cancel anytime from Billing → Manage billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

If the service did not work for you, e-mail support@atesensoftware.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
