Terms of service

Last updated 3 October 2026. Libnotes is provided by Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye (“we”).

Service. Libnotes reads metadata and renders of Figma library files you connect, through Figma's official API with your authorization, and sends changelogs to destinations you configure. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Figma, Inc.
Your responsibilities. Connect only files you are allowed to access and share; choose destinations and recipients that are allowed to see your designs. You are responsible for the content of your files.
Plans and payment. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. Prices in USD. Local VAT/GST is included or added at checkout by Paddle depending on your country.
Trial. New accounts get 14 days of Pro features without payment, then move to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
Limits. Plan limits (libraries, images per publish, history) are listed on the pricing page. When you move to a plan with a shorter history, older publishes and images are deleted 30 days later. Figma's own rate limits and seat types can limit images; we skip images rather than fail.
Availability. We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Changelogs depend on Figma's webhooks and API.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the destinations.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country.
